Olá, nós somos os Pocadores, a escuderia campeã nacional de 2022.  

Passaremos algumas dicas sobre como se tornar uma escuderia de sucesso na F1 in Schools.   

Gostaríamos de começar deixando claro que o sucesso de uma escuderia não se mede através dos seus prêmios, mas sim da capacidade que a equipe tem de se superar a cada dia. Todo membro deve se comparar com quem foi ontem e perceber uma melhora, assim como o professor Dr. Jordan B. Peterson citou, “compare a si mesmo com quem você foi ontem, não com quem outra pessoa é hoje”.  

Então, para ser uma escuderia de sucesso, primeiro precisamos ser uma verdadeira EQUIPE! O trabalho em equipe e o esforço diário de cada integrante são essenciais quando se quer ter resultados positivos, pois um bom trabalho constante feito pela escuderia é capaz de grandes feitos! Afinal, a soma do esforço e habilidade de cada área do projeto é o que nos faz bem-sucedidos no torneio. Por isso, é importante não focar apenas em uma função, pois isso pode lhe garantir o sucesso daquela área, e quem sabe um prêmio de categoria, no entanto mais importante do que isso é alcançar sucesso enquanto EQUIPE que somos! Nosso time, neste último campeonato nacional, por exemplo, era formado por cinco pessoas bem diferentes que, trabalhando em prol de um objetivo em comum, deram o seu melhor pela escuderia Pocadores e conquistaram o 1º lugar. Nenhuma área da equipe foi mal avaliada, todos os trabalhos foram bem desenvolvidos e, por isso, atingimos o sucesso na competição! 

Porém, não podemos nos enganar. É claro que os conflitos aparecerão e talvez uma das áreas passe por dificuldades, isso é natural. A chave para o sucesso é a forma que vocês encontrarão para resolvê-los. Por isso, a área de gestão de pessoas é importante na escuderia. Principalmente o líder precisa manter a equipe alinhada com as suas metas, logo cada um dos membros trabalhará com o mesmo objetivo e todas as tarefas serão bem executadas. Assim, manter a equipe unida e coesa é necessário para POCAR no projeto F1 in Schools.  

Outro ponto importante para o sucesso da escuderia é a gestão de projetos, com uma gestão coesa do início ao fim, com as tarefas, prazos e objetivos da equipe bem claros em um só lugar, cada integrante entende o que precisa fazer e quando precisa fazer, assim os trabalhos da equipe se tornam mais eficientes e o sucesso virá como consequência. A dedicação individual de cada um também é importante, sendo necessário, assim, que todos cumpram com seus afazeres e responsabilidades para juntos conseguirmos alcançar nossos objetivos.  

Parafraseando Bernardinho Rezende, um dos mais importantes líderes que o esporte já conheceu, “A ponte entre o sonho e a realidade é a disciplina”. Entendemos, então, que o foco durante os treinos é essencial, e para que isso seja possível, é necessário um ambiente adequado para trabalhar, bons equipamentos, o auxílio dos técnicos, entre outros. Entretanto, assim como toda e qualquer pessoa, também precisamos dos momentos de descontração, que são tão importantes quanto o trabalho. 

Depois de todos esses anos, percebemos que o recurso mais IMPORTANTE para se tornar uma equipe de sucesso é a persistência. E foi assim que alcançamos nossos objetivos, tendo em mente que a cada vez que passamos por uma barreira, haverá uma próxima que teremos que enfrentar. Aprendemos a gostar do trabalho tanto quanto da vitória, e foi isso que nos permitiu evoluir mais a cada dia, procurando novas formas de inovar e gerir todas as áreas, até por que a vitória não é mais importante do que o esforço que realizamos para alcançá-la.

We would like to start by making it clear that the success of a team is not measured by its awards, but by the team's ability to overcome itself every day. Every member should compare themselves to who they were yesterday and see an improvement, just like Professor Dr. Jordan B. Peterson quoted, "Compare yourself to who you were yesterday, not who someone else is today."


So, to be a successful team, we first need to be a real TEAM! Teamwork and the daily effort of each member are essential when you want to have positive results, as constant good work done by the team is capable of great achievements! After all, the sum of effort and skill in each area of ​​the project is what makes us successful in the tournament. Therefore, it is important not to focus only on one function, as this can guarantee success in that area, and who knows a category award, however more important than that is to achieve success as a TEAM that we are! Our team, in this last national championship, for example, was made up of five very different people who, working towards a common goal, did their best for the Pocadores team and won 1st place. No area of ​​the team was poorly evaluated, all jobs were well developed and, therefore, we achieved success in the competition!

However, we cannot deceive ourselves. Of course, conflicts will appear and maybe one of the areas will experience difficulties, that's natural. The key to success is how you find to solve them. Therefore, the area of ​​people management is important in the team. Mainly, the leader needs to keep the team aligned with its goals, so each member will work with the same objective and all tasks will be well performed. Thus, keeping the team together and cohesive is necessary for POCAR in the F1 in Schools project.

Another important point for the success of the team is project management, with cohesive management from start to finish, with the tasks, deadlines and objectives of the team very clear in one place, each member understands what they need to do and when they need to do it , so the team's work becomes more efficient and success will follow. The individual dedication of each one is also important, therefore, it is necessary that everyone fulfill their tasks and responsibilities so that together we can achieve our goals.

To paraphrase Bernardinho Rezende, one of the most important leaders the sport has ever known, “The bridge between dream and reality is discipline”. We understand, then, that focus during training is essential, and for this to be possible, it is necessary to have an adequate environment to work, good equipment, the help of technicians, among others. However, like everyone else, we also need moments of relaxation, which are just as important as work.

After all these years, we've realized that the most IMPORTANT asset to becoming a successful team is persistence. And that's how we achieved our goals, keeping in mind that every time we pass through a barrier, there will be a next one that we will have to face. We learned to enjoy the work as much as the victory, and this is what allowed us to evolve more every day, looking for new ways to innovate and manage all areas, also because victory is not more important than the effort we make to achieve it there.

Em qualquer empresa, é importantíssimo ter uma boa gestão financeira, que nada mais é do que o conjunto de processos, ações e métodos que mantém a saúde financeira de uma empresa em dia. Dizemos que a gestão financeira é essencial, porque afinal de contas, em qualquer negócio, é a área responsável por atividades como: controlar suas despesas e identificar, ao máximo, possíveis reduções nelas, para ser possível atingir o lucro no final do mês, além de também fornecer os recursos necessários para que o negócio como um todo possa se desenvolver. Ou seja, podemos concluir que uma boa gestão financeira é o coração de toda empresa de sucesso.

Assim como em uma empresa, a gestão financeira é a parte que alavancará todos os outros setores de uma escuderia de F1 in Schools. No início da gestão financeira dentro da escuderia deve ser realizado o orçamento de tudo que a equipe quer comprar, e que ela veja como algo que possa ajudá-la a se desenvolver durante a temporada, e para isso, e gestor financeiro deve estar atento às demandas das outras áreas. Vamos dar um exemplo básico: a área da engenharia naturalmente é a que provavelmente precisará de mais recursos para se desenvolver, como, por exemplo, blocos de poliuretano e rolamento, já que um carro não consegue ser feito sem esses itens, ou seja, eles devem estar incluídos no orçamento da equipe.
Já com o orçamento completo, é preciso conseguir dinheiro para garantir que a escuderia adquira todos os itens que ela orçou, e são os patrocinadores que irão ajudar financeiramente a equipe; a partir disso o membro responsável por buscar patrocinadores deverá exercer sua responsabilidade o quanto antes, para que os recursos sejam fornecidos e a escuderia como um todo possa se desenvolver. 

À medida que os recursos chegam para a equipe, é essencial saber como administrá-los, afinal, será um problema se a escuderia precisar comprar algo, mas não tivero dinheiro para isso. É preciso que a escuderia saiba esquematizar muito bem a prioridade dos itens que deseja comprar, além dos itens que são essenciais para sua participação no torneio da F1 in Schools. Para que isso possa ser melhor compreendido, vamos dar um exemplo: sabemos que há alguns itens que são indispensáveis para a participação em qualquer etapa do torneio, como os portfólios, o estande e o uniforme da equipe. Naturalmente, os três são produzidos por patrocinadores específicos, mas mesmo assim eles devem estar no planejamento da escuderia, para que ela possa arcar com seu próprio dinheiro, uma vez que há a chance de ela não conseguir os patrocinadores para tais finalidades. E, não só nesses, mas como em qualquer outro tipo de compra, é de extrema importância procurar reduzir ao máximo o gasto que se tem, pesquisando o mesmo produto em diferentes lugares, e então comprando-o no menor preço.

Além disso, é preciso contabilizar as saídas e entradas monetárias que a equipe tem, para que a escuderia não se perca em meio às suas receitas e os gastos, e saiba exatamente a quantidade de dinheiro que há em caixa. Para isso, pode ser feito um simples fluxo de caixa que contabilizará as entradas e suas origens, os gastos e suas destinações e a data de cada um, e isso pode ser feito em uma simples planilha no Microsoft Excel, por exemplo. Now with the budget complete, it is necessary to get money to ensure that the team acquires all the items it budgeted for, and the sponsors are the ones who will help the team financially; From there, the member responsible for seeking sponsors must exercise their responsibility as soon as possible, so that resources are provided and the team as a whole can develop.

As resources come to the team, it is essential to know how to manage them, after all, it will be a problem if the team needs to buy something but does not have the money for it. So that this can be better understood, let's give an example: we know that there are some items that are indispensable for participation in any stage of the tournament, such as portfolios, the stand and the team's uniform. Ela é responsável por projetar a comunicação visual, ou seja, criar algo gráfico, podendo ser por meio de textos ou ilustrações, para transmitir uma mensagem. Sites, anúncios, panfletos, banners, logotipos, diagramação de jornais/revistas são apenas alguns exemplos do que um designer gráfico pode fazer, e nas escuderias de F1 in Schools isso não é diferente. Nesse artigo você verá quais são as principais tarefas de um designer gráfico na nossa escuderia, a Pocadores Racing Team.

O designer trabalha por demanda, ou seja, apenas quando algo lhe é solicitado. As principais demandas vêm da área de marketing, que precisa constantemente de algo visual para ser publicado nas mídias sociais, como os posts. O processo para a criação de posts é muito simples, um texto com determinado tema é entregue para o designer, que precisará transformá-lo e projetá-lo em uma postagem para o Instagram, utilizando um modelo já desenvolvido previamente apenas fazendo alguns ajustes para o contexto do tema.

Outra tarefa muito demandada pela área de marketing são os Reels, vídeos normalmente curtos, que podem ser publicados e compartilhados pelo Instagram. Eles são gravados por algum dos membros e são enviados para o designer, que precisa fazer as capas para que os vídeos fiquem de acordo com o Feed. O designer também precisa fazer algumas pequenas edições para o vídeo ficar mais dinâmico, como, por exemplo, a adição de elementos gráficos e imagens.

Apesar de muitas demandas virem da área de marketing, as mais importantes estão relacionadas às artes para o torneio de F1 in Schools, sendo a principal delas a diagramação dos portfólios, que são entregues para os juízes os avaliarem. Os textos de cada área são criados por seus respectivos membros, cabendo ao designer apenas organizar esses textos de forma harmônica e criar as artes das capas e das páginas para dar personalidade ao portfólio.

Dentre outras artes que são criadas para o torneio podemos citar também o material exibido durante as apresentações que são realizadas durante a competição para os juízes.  Os slides são muito importantes, pois são eles que deixam as apresentações mais dinâmicas e menos massivas para os juízes assistirem, além de ajudar os integrantes da equipe a lembrar de suas falas nos diversos momentos da apresentação. A tarefa do designer é fazer com que esses slides fiquem mais objetivos, entretanto, é importante fazer com que eles consigam transmitir a informação que está sendo dita por meio das imagens, títulos, pequenos textos e alguns outros elementos visuais.

Por último podemos citar o nosso pit, um estande que contém um resumo das principais informação da equipe, construído durante o torneio e que também é um dos pontos avaliados. Durante a competição o pit fica exposto para todos que estão assistindo ou participando das corridas, então o designer precisa fazer um bom trabalho para garantir que o público tenha interesse em conhecer a equipe. Para isso, podem ser utilizados elementos gráficos e poucos textos, pois é algo que chama mais a atenção e não fica muito maçante de se ler. 

Por fim, pode-se então concluir que a área de design gráfico é muito importante para a comunicação visual de uma escuderia de F1 in Schools e sem ela não existiria uma forma de cada equipe expressar a sua personalidade por meio de seus logotipos, cores, tipografias e até mesmo por meio dos vários estilos de design que existem. Além disso, é notório que essa área é também muito importante para a competição em si, pois é por meio do designer que são criados a maioria dos entregáveis do torneio.

The process for creating posts is very simple, a text with a certain theme is delivered to the designer, who will need to transform it and design it into a post for Instagram, using a previously developed template, just making some adjustments to the theme context.

Another task that is highly demanded by the marketing area are Reels, usually short videos that can be published and shared on Instagram. They are recorded by one of the members and sent to the designer, who needs to make the covers so that the videos match the Feed. The designer also needs to make some minor edits to make the video more dynamic, such as adding graphics and images.

Although many demands come from the marketing area, the most important are related to the arts for the F1 in Schools tournament, the main one being the layout of the portfolios, which are delivered for the judges to evaluate. The texts of each area are created by their respective members, leaving the designer to organize these texts harmoniously and create the artwork for the covers and pages to give personality to the portfolio.

Among other arts that are created for the tournament we can also mention the material displayed during the presentations that are made during the competition for the judges. The slides are very important, as they are what make the presentations more dynamic and less massive for the judges to watch, in addition to helping the team members to remember their lines in the different moments of the presentation. The designer's task is to make these slides more objective, however, it is important to make them able to convey the information being said through images, titles, small texts and some other visual elements.

At last, we can mention our pit, a stand that contains a summary of the team's main information, built during the tournament and which is also one of the evaluated points. During the competition the pit is exposed to everyone who is watching or participating in the races, so the designer needs to do a good job to ensure that the public is interested in meeting the team. For this, graphic elements and few texts can be used, as it is something that attracts more attention and is not too boring to read.

Finally, it can be concluded that the graphic design area is very important for the visual communication of an F1 in Schools team and without it there would not be a way for each team to express its personality through its logos, colors, typographies and even through the various design styles that exist.
